NOVELTY - Modified ammonium polyphosphate/modified graphene oxide flame retardant runway particulate material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber elastomer, 10-50 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-12 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 5-10 pts. wt. ultra-fine white carbon black, 3-5 pts. wt. hydrated lime, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 100-130 pts. wt. calcium carbonate and 0.5 pts. wt. plastic toner, where, the mass ratio of modified ammonium polyphosphate and modified graphene oxide in compound flame retardant is 1-5: 1. USE - Used as modified ammonium polyphosphate/modified graphene oxide flame retardant runway particulate material. ADVANTAGE - The particulate material has good flame retardant effect, aging resistance and high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified ammonium polyphosphate/modified graphene oxide flame retardant runway particulate material comprising (i) adding rubber elastomer and naphthenic oil to high-speed mixer, stirring at 50 degrees C for 20-30 minutes in is 200-300 revolutions/minute, (ii) adding remaining raw materials, mixing for 20-30 minutes, and (iii) transferring mixed materials to twin-screw extruder where , the temperature of each zone is 180-200 degrees C and the speed is 400-600 revolutions/minute, extrusion granulation yields modified ammonium polyphosphate/modified graphene oxide flame retardant runway particulate material.
