NOVELTY - Foam material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. natural rubber, 12-18 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 13-17 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), 4-6 pts. wt. white carbon, 1.6-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3.5-5 pts. wt. flow additive and 2-2.6 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - The foam material is useful for mountaineering soles. ADVANTAGE - The foam material has low density, ultra lightness, excellent wear resistance, high tensile strength, excellent mechanical properties and excellent durability and high in anti-slip coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the foam material involving (i) transferring the natural rubber to the internal mixer and masticating at 122-125 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, discharging, after the mastication is completed, storing the natural rubber at room temperature for more than 48 hours and reserving, (ii) pouring the raw material components except the cross-linking agent and foaming agent into the internal mixer, kneading, when the temperature reaches 102-107 degrees C, performing the first turning, and second turning and continuously mixing for 8-10 minutes, (iii) continuously increasing the temperature, when the temperature reaches 122-125 degrees C, turning for third time, adding the crosslinking agent into the internal mixer, continuously mixing for 3-4 minutes, and (iv) adding the foaming agent to the internal mixer, completely kneading and mixing for 6-8 minutes to obtain the mixture, and molding or foaming the mixture by injection molding to obtain the product.
