▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Surface film comprises 100 phr epoxy resin, 6-14 phr poly aryl ether ketone, 4-8 phr core-shell rubber, 1-3 phr flow control agent, 25-30 phr curing agent and 5-15 phr conductive graphene. USE - The conductive surface film is useful for producing aircraft guide complex material. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent mechanical property and good resistance stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing surface film comprising (i) dissolving epoxy resin and graphene in a solvent, ultrasonic shocking, filtering to obtain a mixture, drying in an oven for 5 hours, removing the solvent, finally through the thin film evaporator, removing residual solvent cleaning to obtain an epoxy resin doped with graphene, (ii) heating graphene-doped epoxy resin at 210-230 degrees C, adding polyaryletherketone powder in three portions and continuously stirring, maintaining the temperature for 25-35 minutes to obtain polyarylether ketone powder, dissolving at 130-170 degrees C, adding the core-shell rubber particles, stirring constantly, adding into isolation paper and the polyaryletherketone, (iii) mixing the curing agent MCDEA, flow control agent and antioxidant to obtain a mixture, two-roll milling, (iv) mixing material thickness is 0.33-0.35mm, cutting into 3 mm wide, 30 cm long strip and placing into the complex plate groove, compacting, vacuum pressure curing to obtain the product.
