▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide barrier film comprises a crosslinked composition comprising a graphene, a polymer, and a crosslinking group. The film has a visible light transmission of greater than or equal to 60%. USE - The graphene oxide barrier film is useful in gas-barrier barrier device (claimed) and used in food packaging applications. ADVANTAGE - In the graphene oxide barrier film, there is crosslinking between the graphene and/or the polymers to provide enhanced water resistance. The graphene oxide barrier film is simple and is cheap to manufacture but meets permeability requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a gas-barrier barrier device comprising the barrier film; and (2) a method for making a transparent, nanocomposite moisture-and-gas barrier film which involves: (a) mixing a polymer, a graphene, and a crosslinker in an aqueous mixture; (b) blade coating the mixture on a substrate to create a thin film having a thickness of 5-30 mu m; (c) drying the mixture for about 15 minutes to about 72 hours at 20-120 degrees C; and (d) annealing the resulting coating for about 10 hours to about 72 hours at a 40-200 degrees C.
