NOVELTY - Solid lubricant ball screw comprises screw, nut, ball, holder, wipers and return pipe having plasma coating of chromium carbide-nichrome-graphene complex to a thickness of 20-30 microns. USE - Solid lubricant ball screw. ADVANTAGE - The solid lubricant ball screw low friction coefficient, reduces wear rate by more than 50%, and has excellent plating resistance than chromium plating layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing chromium carbide-nichrome-graphene agglomerated particle, which involves: (A) subjecting ball milling of chromium carbide with nichrome on planetary ball mill until no precipitate is formed; (B) adding graphene and continuously ball milling for 10 minutes, adding organic binder before 5 minutes and subjecting ball milling to obtain suspension; and (C) subjecting spray granulation of obtained suspension to obtain chromium carbide-nichrome-graphene agglomerated particle.
