NOVELTY - Preparation of silver/graphene oxide composite nanoparticle near infrared drug controlled release system comprises dissolving graphene oxide in water, dripping silver nitrate solution, reacting, performing centrifugation, washing solid until neutral, vacuum drying; dissolving silver/graphene oxide composite nanoparticle into solvent, ultrasonic stirring, adding p-benzene chloroformate, precipitating, vacuum drying; and dissolving nano silver/graphene oxide p-benzoic acid ester derivative, adding carbonyl-containing anti-tumor medicine, reacting, precipitating, and freeze drying. USE - Method for preparing silver/graphene oxide composite nanoparticle near infrared drug controlled release system used for medicine for treating tumor (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of silver/graphene oxide composite nanoparticle near infrared drug controlled release system comprises: (A) dissolving 40-60 mg graphene oxide in 20-60 ml water to form suspension, and dripping 10 mmol/L 40-60 ml silver nitrate solution, mixing for 30 minutes to obtain mixed solution, mixing solution in 70 degrees C water bath, stirring at speed of 600-800 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding mixed solution with 4 mol/L 15-25 ml solution A, reacting for 11 minutes, performing centrifugation, washing solid until neutral, vacuum drying at 20-60 degrees C for 24-56 hours to obtain silver/graphene oxide composite nanoparticle; (B) dissolving 30-80 mg silver/graphene oxide composite nanoparticle into solvent B, ultrasonic stirring for 1 hour to form suspension, adding 200-500 mg p-benzene chloroformate, adding 1.5-2.5 ml solvent and catalyst, 15-25 mg N,N-dimethylaminopyridine, stirring at 0 degrees C in the presence of nitrogen (N2), stirring at speed of 200-300 rpm for 12-48 hours, ultrasonically stirring every 8 hours for 1 hour, precipitating, repeatedly washing with liquid D, washing with methylene dichloride and isopropanol for 2-3 times, vacuum drying at 20-60 degrees C for 24-56 hours to obtain nano silver/graphene oxide p-benzoic acid ester derivative; and (C) dissolving 20-25 mg nano silver/graphene oxide p-benzoic acid ester derivative in solvent B, performing ultrasonic treatment in N2 atmosphere for 30 minutes, 20-60 mg adding carbonyl-containing anti-tumor medicine in 8-12 ml solvent F, mixing uniformly at room temperature in the presence of N2 for 10 minutes, reacting while stirring at speed of 200-300 rpm for 10-40 hours, ultrasonically stirring every 8 hours for 1 hour, precipitating reaction product, adding 1-2 drops of solution G, washing with methylene dichloride two times, dialyzing with deionized water for 1-3 days, performing centrifugation at 8000 rpm for 10 minutes removing large particle, and freeze drying. Solution A is sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, or sodium borohydride. Solvent B is anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide; solvent C is pyridine, triethylamine, and liquid D is absolute ethyl alcohol. The carbonyl-containing anti-tumor medicine is docetaxel, paclitaxel, adriamycin, hydrochloric acid pirarubicin, and/or daunorubicin. The solvent F is N,N-diisopropylethylamine, pyridine, and/or triethylamine. The solution G is methanol, ethanol, and/or acetone.
