▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves placing a sludge diving pump in an anode region of an electrophoresis tank. A water outlet pipe opening of the sludge-diving pump is located on a machine cover of a graphite centrifugal separator. A spiral extrusion continuous steam crusher is used to separate the graphite flake layer. A bottom end of a hydraulic cylinder (9) is fixed on the hydraulic cylinder base. A tail end of the hydraulic piston is fixed at a piston plate. A front end of four sliding rods (7) are fixed in four sliding holes close to a position of four vertexes of a rear cover of the reversible bidirectional spiral conveyor. Potassium permanganate aqueous solution or nitric acid is added into an electrophoresis tank. Graphite powder is put into an anode region of the tank. Direct current is introduced to the tank. USE - Method for separating a graphite flake layer used for preparing graphene used for future graphene chip, but the review cost too high. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically separating the graphite flake layer with high yield and high purity.
