▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing lithium ion battery coating diaphragm involves selecting polyethylene film, polypropylene film, non-woven fabric diophragm and polyimide film as base film; preparing coating residue by mixing ultra-pure water, dispersing agent, ceramic powder, graphitized foam carbon, adhesive, and wetting agent; mixing and stirring to form coating residue slurry; uniformly coating substrate film with coating residue using roller coating; and drying and rolling to obtain lithium-ion battery coating diaphagm. USE - Preparation method of coating diaphragm of lithium ion battery used in portable consumer electronic product. Uses include but are not limited to portable electric device or hybrid vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery coating diaphragm has high heat conductivity coefficient. It increases energy storage requirement of aerospace application. The high porosity of graphitized foam carbon improves service life of battery, prevents battery short circuit problem caused by local overheating, reduces ventilation increment, provides channel for lithium ion transmission, reduces internal resistance, and improves battery capacity and liquid absorbing capacity of membrane, thus improving conductivity of lithium ion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for lithium ion battery coating diaphragm having thickness of 0.2-5 microm.
