NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene aluminum alloy composite material, involves (a) sieving spherical aluminum alloy, and taking spherical aluminum alloy powder having particle size of 0.2-0.125 mm, (b) pre-processing sieved spherical aluminum alloy powder using low-temperature plasma in protective atmosphere, (c) adding graphene to absolute ethanol for uniformly stirring and dispersing, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene dispersion solution, (d) uniformly mixing pretreated spherical aluminum alloy powder with graphene dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain aluminum alloy/graphene absolute ethanol suspension, and uniformly stirring and heating until absolute ethanol is partially volatilized to obtain an emulsion composite particle, and freeze drying to obtain powdered composite particles, and (e) ball milling obtained powder to obtain graphene aluminum alloy composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene aluminum alloy composite material useful in electromagnetic shielding materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts aluminum alloy particles as core particles, which solves the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene in relatively economical and practical way, retains the excellent properties of aluminum alloy and graphene to utmost extent, provides raw material for graphene electromagnetic shielding.
