NOVELTY - Aqueous paint comprises 5-30 wt.% engineering plastic particles comprising 10-75 wt% engineering plastic, 0.5-10 wt.% surfactant and remaining of water, 0-15 wt.% PTFE, 0.1-2 wt.% pigment, 0.5-5 wt.% functional filler, 0.1-5 wt.% functional additives and remaining of water. The engineering plastic particles are added in the form of an engineering plastic dispersion, which is prepared by an emulsification-solvent evaporation method, and the engineering plastic dispersion have a diameter of 0.1-2 mum with a hollow spherical or quasi-spherical structure. USE - As aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has low-volatile organic compounds (VOC) is organic solvent-free, heat-resistant, and requires relatively low film-forming and baking temperature.
