NOVELTY - Preparation of oxidized graphene film vertical-type nano-structured gas sensor comprises dissolving graphene oxide and agent in mixed solvent at 40-100 kHz for 1-5 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution containing 0.1-1 mg/mL graphene oxide and 2-20 mmol/L agent; assembling solution on substrate, heating at 60-120 degrees C for 1-24 hours to obtain film; and photo-etching and stripping with positive and negative electrodes, and reducing graphene oxide film with gold electrode. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene film vertical-type nano-structured gas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves detection performance. It is simple.
