NOVELTY - Culture medium comprises Spirulina basal culture medium and reduced oxide graphite-titanium dioxide complex material. USE - The culture medium is useful for cultivating Spirulina with high content of phycocyanin. ADVANTAGE - The culture medium contains reduced graphene oxide-titanium dioxide complex material that enters the Spirulina cells to agglomerate or combine with the Spirulina cells and increases content of phycocyanin in the Spirulina cells through shading effect and oxidative stress effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for cultivating Spirulina with high content of phycocyanin, which involves inoculating the Spirulina in the culture medium and culturing the inoculated Spirulina to obtain Spirulina with high content of phycocyanin.
