NOVELTY - Composite strengthening method involves coating the surface of the component uniformly with a carbon source, using carbon dioxide laser to emit laser beam and continuously irradiating the surface of the carbon source to convert into a graphene or activated carbon layer, laying a constraining layer on top of the carbon layer. The femtosecond laser is used to emit pulsed laser beams, and the heating laser is used to emit continuous laser beams to ensure that the centers of the two laser spots overlap and are irradiated on the surface of the carbon layer, moved the 3D numerical control mobile platform or laser to the next strengthening position to carry out laser shock composite strengthening operations. USE - Composite strengthening method used for laser-induced synthesis of nano-diamonds. ADVANTAGE - The composite strengthening method induces and generates nano-diamond particles on the outer surface of the damageable component, realizes direct reinforcement of high-hardness diamond, generates grain tissue gradient distribution along the thickness direction and improves the strength of the material.
