▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing polyurea/two-dimensional material/alumina super-assembly function film comprises (i) preparing a dispersion liquid of carboxylated graphene oxide, (2) using vacuum filtration method to grow GO on the AAO substrate with the assistance of interface super-assembly, (iii) drying the filtered GO/AAO composite membrane, (iv) preparing water-oil phase solution of synthetic polyurea monomer, (v) dropwise adding polyethyleneimine (PEI) onto the surface of the GO/AAO membrane and volatilizing water to dry, and (vi) adding a 2, 4-Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) solution to the surface of GO/AAO containing a PEI polymer chain and carrying out interfacial polymerization reaction on amino groups between two phases and isocyanate in an oven to generate a compact polyurea film to obtain the product. USE - The polyurea/two-dimensional material/alumina super-assembly function film is useful in constructing nano-channel film material. ADVANTAGE - The film: can stably present in water and has excellent mechanical stability of the PGA.
