▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing flexible graphite grounding conductor material comprises (1) mixing resin, carbon forming agent and conductive material, stirring to form carbon resin, (2) impregnating the carbon skeleton material with the carbon-forming resin to form a prepreg tape, (3) paving and stacking the prepreg tape according to the preset paving mode, curing into carbon skeleton composite material under the heating condition, (4) performing high temperature carbonizing of solidified carbon framework composite material, and thermally pressing into reinforced graphite belt, and (5) performing reinforced graphite belt through cutting, weaving, twisting or rolling to prepare flexible graphite grounding material. USE - The method is useful for preparing flexible graphite grounding conductor material. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the interface bonding force of the graphite and carbon framework material; and improves the carbon forming rate and the compactness of the resin by introducing polysulfone carbon forming agent.
