NOVELTY - Modified plastic based on an interpenetrating network structure comprises 50-80 pts. wt. polystyrene, 20-30 pts. wt. hexafluorobisphenol A diacrylate, 1-10 pts. wt. azo initiator, 40-60 pts. wt. polyol, 5-10 pts. wt. aliphatic isocyanate, 20-40 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylate, 0.5-5.5 pts. wt. catalyst, 1.2-3.6 pts. wt. inorganic fillers, 1.5-5.5 pts. wt. additives and 0.1-1 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber. USE - Used as a modified plastic based on an interpenetrating network structure. ADVANTAGE - The modified plastic: has excellent mechanical property; improves the low temperature resistance of the polystyrene plastic, antistatic, flame retardant, anti-aging and hydrophobic performance; satisfies the material use requirement under different conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified plastic based on an interpenetrating network structure comprising (1) taking 50-80 pts. wt. polystyrene, 20-30 pts. wt. hexafluorobisphenol A diacrylate and 1-10 pts. wt. azo initiator, magnetically stirring and mixing uniformly, maintaining the temperature at 50-100 degrees C, reacting for 0.5-3.5 hours, separating and removing impurity to obtain the modified polystyrene polymer of hexafluorobisphenol A diacrylate, (2) taking 70-110 pts. wt. modified polystyrene polymer, firstly adding 20-40 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylate, reacting for 0.5-2.5 hours, adding 5-10 pts. wt. aliphatic isocyanate, continuously reacting for 0.5-2.5 hours to obtain the uniformly dissolved mixed solution, (3) adding 40-60 pts. wt. polyol, 0.5-5.5 pts. wt. catalyst, 1.2-3.6 pts. wt. inorganic filler into the mixed solution, adding 1.5- 5.5 pts. wt. additive and 0.1-1 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, magnetically stirring and mixing uniformly, maintaining the temperature at 30-70 degrees C, reacting for 3-8 hours to obtain the modified plastic based on interpenetrating network structure.
