▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The filter has a central symmetrical structure formed by two central symmetrical period-doubling (PD) photonic crystals and multiple graphene single layers, where an iteration rule of the PD photonic crystal is satisfied based on number of sequence, refractive index, and low and different uniform dielectric thin sheets. The graphene single layer is arranged between two adjacent layers of a composite structure, where thickness of the first uniform dielectric thin sheet and the second uniform dielectric thin sheet is one fourth of optical wavelength, transmission spectrum of the composite structure has a series of transmission modes. USE - PD photonic crystal and graphene composite structure-based photon filter for use in an optical fiber communication system. Uses include but are not limited to band-pass, band-stop, low-pass and high-pass filters. ADVANTAGE - The filter has adjustable filter channe, and flexibly adjusts transmittance and central wavelength of the filter channel by chemical potential of the graphene single layer, and realizes optical sub-form of dual-wavelength resonance, so that adjustable dual-channel photon filtering can be realized by two transmission modes.
