▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphite oxide i.e. hydroxyl, carboxyl or epoxy group, to water, and adding alcohol solution of tin tetrachloride or tin tetrachloride crystal with a dopant. Ammonia water and reducing agent are added into the dopant to obtain a graphene modified-doped tin oxide composite material after filtering and drying process. The dopant is composed of antimony, indium chloride, ferrous chloride, manganese chloride, zinc chloride, ferric chloride or zinc sulfate. The alcohol solvent is composed of methanol or ethanol. USE - Graphene modified-doped tin oxide composite material preparation method for monitoring atmospheric environment and mine gas leakage. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has large specific surface area, uniform particle size, better sensitive characteristic and simple and easy preparation process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a graphene modified-doped tin oxide composite material preparation method. '(Drawing includes non-English language text)'
