NOVELTY - High-barrier silicone rubber graphene composite material comprises 0.01-10 wt.% C=C double bonds modified graphene oxide, 40-50 wt.% C=C-containing double bonds silicone oil, 40-50 wt.% silicone-hydrogen group-containing silicone oil, 0.001-0.5 wt.% catalyst, 0.001-0.5 wt.% inhibitor, 0.1-1.0 wt.% antioxidant and 0.1-2 wt.% anti-aging agent. USE - High-barrier silicone rubber graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The high-barrier silicone rubber graphene composite material is eco-friendly, and has good gas barrier property and excellent weatherability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-barrier silicone rubber graphene composite material, which involves: (A) preparing C=C double bonds modified graphene oxide; (B) modifying graphene oxide by coupling agent, where coupling agent contains C=C double-bond structure; (C) preparing the first component; (D) mixing the prepared C=C double bonds modified graphene oxide, catalyst and inhibitor to prepare the first component; (E) preparing the second component; (F) mixing silicone-hydrogen group-containing silicone oil, antioxidant and age resister to obtain the second component; (G) mixing the first component and second component uniformly; and (H) carrying out curing and thermal reduction.
