▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating is prepared by (i) heating and reacting polypropylene carbonate polyol, isocyanate and hydrophilic agent to obtain a mixed solution (A), (ii) adding chain extender, crosslinking agent and acetone to the mixed solution (A), adding catalyst, uniformly stirring, heating and reacting to obtain a mixed solution (B), (iii) cooling the mixed solution (B), adding triethylamine, stirring and adding deionized water for high-speed emulsification, adding ethylenediamine and stirring, (iv) vacuum-decompressing the product obtained in step (iii) and removing the solvent to obtain an aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and (v) sequentially adding the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, leveling agent, thickener and defoamer, stirring and adding graphene to obtain the aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating. USE - As graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has low carbon content, high safety and strong anticorrosive effect, and is environmentally-friendly.
