NOVELTY - A high-strength wear-resistant tube comprises 55-70 pts. wt. graphite powder, 17-21 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene and 10-15 pts. wt. wear-resistant powder, prepared by mixing graphite powder, epoxy resin and wear-resistant powder, crushing, pouring into machine box, uniformly mixing at current of 10-15 A, adding into extrusion mold comprising mold head and pipe outlet section, extrusion-forming at head temperature of 80-100 degrees C and outlet temperature of 200-250 degrees C to obtain tubular product, checking and removing defective product. USE - High-strength wear-resistant tube. ADVANTAGE - The tube has good corrosion resistance, heat conductivity and thermal shock resistance, and greatly enhanced compressive and tensile mechanical property.
