NOVELTY - The device comprises a cutting table, whose upper unit that is provided with a textile cloth. A rear end of the cutting table is fixedly connected with a supporting frame. An upper end of a fixing device (6) is fixedly connected with an air pipe (17) corresponding to an air outlet groove. An inner upper side of the fixing device is provided with an elastic air bag (18), which is connected with the air outlet groove. USE - Device used for cutting and fixing graphene fabric. ADVANTAGE - The device solves the problem that the existing graphene textile fabric cutting device cutting line head is easy to run line.
