NOVELTY - Water electrolysis device comprises power supply for providing direct current. An electrolytic cell is provided with electrolyte. A water electrolytic membrane is also arranged in the electrolytic cell, and anode and cathode connected to power supply are respectively arranged on both sides of the water electrolytic membrane. The gas collection part is used to collect oxygen from the anode on the electrolytic cell, and collecting hydrogen from the cathode. The water electrolytic film comprises proton exchange membrane. The cathode catalyst layer and anode catalyst layer are respectively arranged on both sides of the proton exchange membrane. A cathode porous transport layer is arranged on the outside of the cathode catalyst layer, and anode porous transport layer is arranged on the outside of the anode catalyst layer. A transition oxidation reaction layer is arranged between the proton exchange membrane and the anode catalyst layer. USE - Used as water electrolysis device. ADVANTAGE - The device: introduces hydrogen and oxygen generated by photovoltaic electrolysis of water into the process of bio-oxygen-enriched directional gasification and methanation, energizing biomass and synthesizing natural gas; does not require the air separation device in the conventional biomass oxygen-enriched oxidation; and does it need to purify the biomass gasification synthesis gas, which improves the economical efficiency of energy utilization.
