▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process (p1) for synthesizing reduced graphene oxide from seedlac on a substrate, comprises: (a) preparing the seedlac solution in a 2-4C alcohol; (b) dipping the substrate into the seedlac solution at least one time; and (c) heating the substrate at 400-1200 degrees C under controlled atmosphere of argon/nitrogen/argon-hydrogen/nitrogen-hydrogen at the flow rate of 100-500 sccm for 10-120 minutes. USE - The process is useful for synthesizing reduced graphene oxide from seedlac on a substrate. ADVANTAGE - The process: provides reduced graphene oxide in large scale; utilizes naturally available carbon resources for direct coating of reduced graphene oxide on a metal surface; is very simple and easily adapted to coat steel surfaces or any other metallic surface; does not make use of any hazardous chemicals; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a process (p2) for coating a substrate with reduced graphene oxide, comprising the steps (a)-(c) as above per se.
