USE - Used as composite fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite fiber, obtained by electrostatic spinning of graphene polyurethane spinning stock solution, is claimed. The preparation of the graphene-polyurethane spinning stock solution comprises (i) taking raw material of high molecular weight polyol and diisocyanate and reacting to obtain prepolymer A, where the high molecular weight polyol has a number average molecular weight of 800-2100; (ii) adding amide polar solution containing active hydrogen atom of a capping agent and low molecular weight glycol chain extender into prepolymer A and stirring to react to obtain polyurethane solution B; (iii) adding the plasma-treated graphene into the channel (B) by the transport device (A) and electrically charging the graphene is by the charge generator (C) for emitting charge during the process, uniformly distributing the charged graphene on the liquid film formed by the polyurethane solution B, which is transported by the conveying device (D) through the channel (B); (iv) adding the resultant into an oven to fix the graphene and removing to obtain graphene-polyurethane composite film; and (v) mixing the graphene-polyurethane composite film C dissolved with amide polar solution. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene elastic yarn comprising a polyurethane fiber and the graphene polyurethane ultrafine denier composite fiber, where the ultrafine denier composite fiber is coated on the surface of the polyurethane fiber.
