NOVELTY - High-thermal-conductivity graphene composite heat dissipation film comprises 180-230 pts. wt. graphene, 10-50 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 10-100 pts. wt. foaming agent, 5-80 pts. wt. resin, 50-120 pts. wt. solvent, 20-90 pts. wt. anhydride and 5-40 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - High-thermal-conductivity graphene composite heat dissipation film. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation film overcomes the existing performance bottleneck for graphene heat dissipation film, enhances the bending resistance, and further improves the heat dissipation performance and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high-thermal-conductivity graphene composite heat-dissipating film, involving (a) preparing graphene composite slurry, and (b) coating and drying obtained graphene composite slurry, hot pressing, and separating to obtain heat dissipation film.
