▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves (i) adding the gelatin into water, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and stirring; (ii) preparing the dichloromethane mixed solution of reducing and oxidizing graphite, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; (iii) adding epoxy resin, ethyl cellulose, iron oxide powder and graphene dispersion into the dichloromethane solution to obtain oil phase; (iv) adding aqueous phase into oil phase, stirring until the microsphere molding and improving the temperature to solidify the microsphere; (iv) repeatedly washing the microsphere, filtering the particles and drying to obtain the graphene iron oxide composite particles; (vi) configuring silicon dioxide aqueous solution and anhydrous ethanol dispersion of phenolic resin; and (vii) sequentially spraying the silicon dioxide aqueous solution and the absolute ethanol dispersion of the phenolic resin on the preheated graphene iron oxide composite particles and drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene iron oxide-silicon dioxide composite particle. ADVANTAGE - The method takes ethyl cellulose as the skeleton, adopts O/W oil-in-water emulsification reaction to construct the microsphere template, forms multi-layer porous microsphere structure by interlaced bonding of lamellar reduced graphene oxide and ethyl cellulose, and forms a dense conductive network on the surface of the sphere. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method involves (i) adding the gelatin into water, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, stirring until the emulsifier is completely dissolved to obtain aqueous phase; (ii) preparing the dichloromethane mixed solution of reducing and oxidizing graphite, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; (iii) adding the epoxy resin, ethyl cellulose, iron oxide powder, and graphene dispersion into the dichloromethane solution under the stirring condition to obtain oil phase; (iv) adding the aqueous phase obtained in the step (i) into oil phase under the stirring condition, continuously stirring until the microsphere molding, and improving the temperature to 45-50℃ to solidify the microsphere; (iv) repeatedly washing the microsphere obtained in step (iv) by clean water for 3-4 times, filtering the particles and drying to obtain the graphene iron oxide composite particles; (vi) configuring silicon dioxide aqueous solution, and anhydrous ethanol dispersion of phenolic resin; and (vii) sequentially spraying the silicon dioxide aqueous solution and the absolute ethanol dispersion of the phenolic resin on the preheated graphene iron oxide composite particles, and drying to obtain the graphene iron oxide-silicon dioxide composite particles.
