NOVELTY - A graphene superconducting perovskite photovoltaic light absorbing material preparing method involves slowly dropping the graphene oxide-titanium dioxide precursor solution into a titanium isopropoxide solution, and using ultrasonic treatment, slowly adding 0.1M, 0.2M, 0.3M and 0.4M pre-layer precursor liquid, and performing ultrasonic treatment again, and drying at high temperature to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene superconducting perovskite photovoltaic light absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene superconducting perovskite photovoltaic light absorbing material with high light transmittance, long service life, stable performance, better beneficial effects, and in convenient and feasible manner.
