▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame-retardant battery case comprises a case, where the case comprises 9-11 pts. wt. PVC resin, 5-7 pts. wt. dimerized fatty acid, 3-5 pts. wt. silicone one Polyimine copolymer, 4-6 pts. wt. decabromodiphenylethane, 2-4 pts. wt. molybdenum trioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 4-5 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. chromium(III) oxide, and 5-7 pts. wt. rare earth. USE - Flame-retardant battery case. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant battery case has strong flame retardant property, high strength, good thermal stability and inhibiting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a flame-retardant battery case, which involves adding PVC resin, dimerized fatty acid, silicone-polyimine copolymer, decabromodiphenylethane to the internal mixer, adjusting the heating temperature to 235-295 degrees C, and mixing for 35-45 minutes; (2) adding molybdenum trioxide, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, chromium(III) oxide and rare earth to the internal mixer, mixing for 2-2.5 hours, and keeping standby; (3) adding the polyester fiber, aluminum silicate fiber, graphene oxide and aluminum powder into the reaction kettle, stirring for 25-35 minutes, and keeping standby; (4) mixing the raw materials and put into an internal mixer, where the mixing machine has a roll gap of 2 mm and a heating temperature of 195 degrees C; and (5) carrying out the reaction for 15-22 minutes, putting the obtained raw material into an injection molding machine, heating to be in a molten state, and injecting into a mold.
