▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing radiation-proof paint comprises e.g. (i) mixing polycarbonate, phenolic resin, barium stearate and graphene modifier in deionized water, adding into organic solvent, and stirring uniformly, (ii) adding graphene, bisphenol A resin, diluting solvent and hexamethylene tetramine to the mixture A, and stirring, (iii) filtering the mixture, adding carboxymethyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, organic bentonite and curing agent, adding carbon dioxide, stirring to obtain a mixture, and (iv) placing the mixture in water bath, heating, and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing radiation-proof paint (method). ADVANTAGE - The paint: has good adhesion, bending strength, hardness, impact strength, water resistance and excellent performance; and can improve the radiation of the electronic product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing radiation-proof paint useful for electronic product comprises (i) mixing the polycarbonate, phenolic resin, barium stearate and graphene modifier in deionized water, adding into organic solvent, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture A, (ii) adding graphene, bisphenol A resin, diluting solvent and hexamethylene tetramine to the mixture A, stirring at a speed of 300-350 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 30-45 minutes to obtain a mixture, (iii) filtering the mixture, taking the filtrate in the filter liquid, adding carboxymethyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, organic bentonite and curing agent, adding carbon dioxide, stirring at a speed of 400-600 rpm for 30-40 minutes at room temperature to obtain a mixture, and (iv) placing the mixture in 80-120 degrees C water bath, heating and stirring until the water content is 3-5% to obtain the finished product.
