NOVELTY - The sensor has optical fiber (3), two metal electrodes (2) and graphene thin film (1). The end face of the optical fiber is provided with micro-pore. The metal electrode is provided in side face of optical fiber. The end surface of the metal electrode micro-pore is located on the upper end surface of the graphene thin film cover on the micro-hole. The metal electrode is provided in the suspended structure of micro-region. USE - Suspended graphene based ultra-fast optical power flow sensor. ADVANTAGE - The performance of the optical power flow sensor is improved based on the heat effect.
