▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cross sensitive material comprises composite powder comprising graphene loaded 2-4 mass% palladium, 10-14 mass% bismuth oxide, 5-11 mass% tin dioxide, 10-20 mass% vanadium oxide and 50-70 mass% carbon, where the composite powder is prepared by adding natural graphite in concentrated sulfuric acid. The filter cake is added with hydrogen peroxide solution to obtain graphene oxide, followed by dissolving palladium dichloride, bismuth salts, tin salts and vanadium salts, adding graphene oxide, grinding, heating to obtain composite powder material. USE - Cross sensitive material for monitoring ammonia and benzene in air. ADVANTAGE - The cross sensitive material has high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cross sensitive material comprises composite powder comprising graphene loaded 2-4 mass% palladium, 10-14 mass% bismuth oxide, 5-11 mass% tin dioxide, 10-20 mass% vanadium oxide and 50-70 mass% carbon, where the composite powder is prepared by adding natural graphite under continuous stirring at 40-50 degrees C in concentrated sulfuric acid, heating and stirring for 2-3 hours, adding natural graphite ammonium phosphate, heating and stirring for 3-4 hours, filtering to obtain filtrate. The filtrate is washed with water to neutral to obtain filter cake. The filter cake is added to 10 mass% potassium dichromate and concentrated sulfuric acid solution, placed at 50-55 degrees C, stirred for 1.5 hours, added with 15-25 mass% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution until without bubble, stirred for 1 hour, filtered and washed with water to neutral to obtain graphene oxide, followed by dissolving palladium dichloride, bismuth salts, tin salts and vanadium salts in 10 mass% aqueous hydrochloric acid at 35 degrees C, performing , ultrasonic oscillating to clarification, adding ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid under high speed stirring after adding graphene oxide, stirring and maintaining temperature for 2 hours, adding 25 mass% hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring for 1 hour, subjecting for aging by allowing to stand for 2-5 hours, filtering the precipitate, placing in oven at 95-110 degrees C for 5-10 hours under drying, grinding, placing in box-type resistance furnace for heating at 300-330 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain composite powder material.
