NOVELTY - High-efficiency anti-corrosion and flame-retardant epoxy graphene coating comprises component A containing 55-65 pts. wt. modified flame retardant epoxy resin emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. functionalized modified graphene, 12-18 pts. wt. filler, 5-10 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.5-1 part of antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.8 part of leveling agent, 1-1.5 part of anti-settling agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifreeze, 1-3 pts. wt. thickener, 1-3 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water and component B comprises 35-45 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-35 pts. wt. the co-solvent. The component A and component B in a ratio of 100:(25-35). USE - Used as high-efficiency anti-corrosion and flame-retardant epoxy graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good film-forming property, strong coating adhesion, good stability, fire resistance limit, bonding strength, fire resistance time, water resistance and weather resistance, and is safe, economical and environmentally friendly. The method is simple, is easy to operate, has high production efficiency, easy access to raw materials and low energy consumption, and can be produced on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-efficiency anti-corrosion and flame-retardant epoxy graphene coating comprises component A containing 55-65 pts. wt. modified flame retardant epoxy resin emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. functionalized modified graphene, 12-18 pts. wt. filler, 5-10 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.5-1 part of antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.8 part of leveling agent, 1-1.5 part of anti-settling agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifreeze, 1-3 pts. wt. thickener, 1-3 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water and component B comprises 35-45 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-35 pts. wt. the co-solvent. The component A and component B in a ratio of 100:(25-35), where the modified flame retardant epoxy resin emulsion of the component A is obtained by: (i) under the protection of nitrogen or argon, adding a 1:5 mass ratio of epoxy resin and solvent methyl isobutyl ketone into the reactor, stirring to dissolve, and adding 1-3% of the mass of epoxy resin stannous octoate, (ii) adding 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-ethanol 10-oxide and pentaerythritol phosphate into the reaction system of step (i), adding 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-ethanol 10-oxide in an epoxy resin mass ratio of 1:(5-8), where the amount of pentaerythritol phosphate added in the mass ratio of epoxy resin to 1:(3-5), performing reflux reaction for 8-12 hours, and removing most of the methyl isobutyl ketone by rotary evaporation after the reaction, and (iii) adding the modified flame-retardant epoxy resin prepared in the preparation step (ii) into deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the modified flame-retardant epoxy resin emulsion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (1) preparing component A aqueous paint as follows: (1a) mixing the modified flame retardant epoxy resin emulsion, modified functionalized modified graphene, filler, co-solvent, wetting agent, dispersant, anti-settling agent and deionized water in a mixer evenly, (1b) placing the raw materials mixed uniformly in the above step (1a) in a sand mill with a temperature of 35-45 degrees C to grind and disperse, where the fineness after grinding is greater than or equal to 40 mu m, and (1c) placing the raw materials after grinding and dispersing in step (1b) into the stirring tank, adding the defoamer, leveling agent, antifreeze agent and thickener at a speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minutes stirring evenly, filtering to remove mechanical impurities and packaging, (2) preparing B-component aqueous curing agent as follows: placing the curing agent and co-solvent in the container according to the weight parts of the above formula, and stir it thoroughly at 800-1000 revolutions/minutes, filtering and packaging, and (iii) mixing the A-component aqueous paint and the B-component aqueous curing agent at a weight ratio of 100: (25-35), adding deionized water to adjust to the construction viscosity, which becomes a highly efficient anticorrosive flame retardant epoxy graphene coating.
