NOVELTY - Thermally conductive composite filler comprises first thermally conductive filler having three-dimensional structure, second thermally conductive filler and polymer adhered to inner surface of first thermally conductive filler. USE - Thermal conductive composite filler useful in high thermal conductivity composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductive composite filler solves the current problem that high thermal conductivity composite materials require high filler filling to form target high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a high thermal conductivity composite material comprising thermally conductive composite filler; and (2) a method for preparing the high thermal conductivity composite material, involving uniformly mixing thermally conductive composite filler with thermoplastic resin to obtain mixture, and preparing high thermal conductivity composite material by hot pressing the mixture.
