▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A green high-efficiency graphene nano insulating material comprises 10-35 pts. wt. graphene dispersion liquid, 33-55 pts. wt. normal cement, 11-17 pts. wt. bentonite, 2-5 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-7 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-8 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. copper sulfite, 1-2 pts. wt. ferric oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. phenolic resin, and 10-15 pts. wt. white oil. USE - Green high-efficiency graphene nano insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The insulating material has improved heat-insulating performance and high mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the insulating material comprising mixing 20-40 pts. wt. styrene, 10-15 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 400, and 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 2000 and high speed grinding for 10-30 minutes at 550 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain dispersion liquid; adding nano graphene into dispersion liquid at mass ratio of 2-3:400-500, ultrasonic vibrating for 1.5-3 hours and 40-60 kHz, adding primary dispersion at mass ratio of 200:50-80, heating and stirring at 45-55 degrees C and 150-200 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 1-1.5 hours, and ultrasonically oscillating at 60-88 kHz for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene dispersion; and phenolic resin into reaction kettle, heating to 100-120 degrees C, adding magnesium stearate, copper sulfite, ferric oxide, and light calcium carbonate, continuously reacting for 30-90 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, reacting for 1-3 hours, adding graphene dispersion, reacting for 3-4 hours, and extruding.
