NOVELTY - A process for transferring graphene oxide monolayer sheet on substrate involves providing receptacle with subphase, dipping and suspending substrate in subphase, dispersing graphene oxide solution on subphase at air-liquid interface, and transferring graphene oxide on substrate by draining subphase at predetermined speed to allow formation of graphene oxide monolayer sheet on substrate. USE - Process for transferring graphene oxide monolayer sheet on substrate used for electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Method is simple, fast, energy-efficient and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electronic device comprising transferred graphene oxide monolayer sheet on substrate.
