NOVELTY - Machining lubricating oil comprises 34-48 pts. wt. plant oil, 1.7-2.6 pts. wt. graphene particles, 2-3.6 pts. wt. Begonia fimbristipulata, 8-13.6 pts. wt. butanediol, 3.3-5.8 pts. wt. radix bupleuri, 4.2-5.5 pts. wt. methyl 2-benzimidazolecarbamate, 6-8.4 pts. wt. kieselguhr, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 2.4-4 pts. wt. trehalose and 3-5.1 pts. wt. xanthan gum. USE - Used as machining lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil can reduces friction coefficient, so as to reduce the friction force between the cutter and the workpiece, can protect and prolong the service life of the cutter, and reduces the energy consumption of the processing device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing machining lubricating oil comprising (i) crushing and adding Begonia fimbristipulata whose weight is 8-11 times of the mass percentage of 60-75% of ethanol solution, ultrasonically extracting for 3 times, each time for 15-22 minutes, filtering, centrifuging, vacuum extracting and recycling ethanol to obtain the Begonia fimbristipulata distilled solution, (ii) pulping the radix bupleuri, performing enzymolysis at pH of 5.3-6.5 at 40-54 degrees C, inactivating enzyme to obtain radix bupleuri enzymolysis liquid, (iii) adding Begonia fimbristipulata distilled solution, methyl 2-benzimidazolecarbamate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and xanthan gum into the blending tank, stirring for 50-70 minutes at 55-70 degrees C and rotating at a speed of 240-330 revolutions/minute to obtain the first mixture, (iv) ball milling radix bupleuri enzymolysis liquid, kieselguhr and trehalose in a ball mill uniformly, then treating for 6-11 minutes under magnetic field, and obtaining the second mixture, (v) adding graphene particles into butanediol and mechanically dispersing uniformly to obtain third mixture, and (vi) adding the first mixture and the second mixture, the third mixture and plant oil in a high-speed stirrer, and stirring uniformly to obtain the finished product.
