NOVELTY - High plateau, wear resistant, rolling resistant soft heat preservation material comprises first anti-rolling, tearing, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating and second anti-rolling, tearing, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating. An insulating interlayer is arranged between the first anti-rolling, tearing, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating and second anti-rolling, tearing, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating. The insulating interlayer comprises 55-60 pts. wt. natural rubber, 25-30 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, 20-25 pts. wt. ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 5-10 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. modified glass fiber, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. foaming agent, 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-2 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 4-5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 6-8 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The high plateau wear resistant, rolling resistant soft heat insulating material is useful for insulating the heavy equipment from the ground heat loss. ADVANTAGE - The heat preservation material has high heat preservation performance, wear resistance, rolling resistance, satisfy and lower rolling requirement of the armored car, and insulating the heavy equipment from the ground heat loss.
