▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene activated metal organic framework (MOF) electrode material preparation method involves adding soluble salt containing metal ion and organic ligand-2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid to solvent. The obtained solution is stirred, followed by transferring to a reaction kettle, controlling temperature to 100-150 degrees C for 24-30 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying at 80-100 degrees C under vacuum to obtain MOF structure material. The MOF structure material is dispersed in solvent. The obtained product is added to graphene, followed by reacting for 10-60 minutes, washing and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene activated MOF electrode material for preparing a supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene activated MOF electrode material with better porosity, specific surface area, adjustable structure and structural diversity, better cycle stability, high discharge specific capacity, specific capacitance of 280 F/g and better stability in a simple manner.
