▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous thermally conductive paste is obtained by mixing 30-60 parts mass silicon carbide or boron nitride as thermally conductive agent, 1-4 parts mass smectite or bentonite as suspending agent, and 36-69 parts mass water, and adding 30-100 parts mass 5% graphene dispersion liquid with respect to total of 100 parts mass thermally-conductive agent, suspending agent and water. USE - Aqueous thermally conductive paste is used in heat conduction of to-be-heated surface using heater e.g. cartridge heater, sheath heater, band heater and plate heater. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous thermally conductive paste has excellent thermal conductivity and fluidity, and effectively fills minute gaps and voids between the heating surface and to-be heated material. Since the paste is in aqueous form, the paste can be easily removed by rinsing off with water or wiping with a wet cloth from the heated surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for heat conduction method, which involves interposing the aqueous thermally conductive paste between a heating surface (1a) of a heater (1) and a to-be-heated surface (2a) of a to-be-heated material (2). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of the heating surface of the heater, and the to-be-heated surface of to-be-heated material.
