▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A copper foil has arithmetic mean roughness in rolling parallel direction/arithmetic mean roughness in rolling perpendicular direction ratio of 0.7-1.3. USE - Copper foil is for manufacturing graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cell, transparent electrode, conductive thin film for display element mercury-free luminescent lamp, composite material and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The copper foil efficiently and economically enables formation of graphene having large area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of copper foil, which involves electrolytically polishing the surface of copper foil base material to the depth of 0.5 mu m or more; and (2) manufacture of graphene, which involves arranging heated copper foil to predetermined chamber interior, supplying hydrogen gas and carbon-containing gas, forming graphene in the surface of copper plating layer of the copper foil, etching the copper foil while laminating transfer sheet on the surface of graphene, and transferring graphene or transfer sheet.
