▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing boron-doped graphene nanobelt comprises adding carbon nanowall into concentrated sulfuric acid, then adding potassium permanganate and stirring the obtained solution, adding deionized water into the solution and then washing using hydrochloric acid, filtering the solution having neutral pH value to obtain carbon nanowall slurry, mixing carbon nanowall slurry with nitrogen-doping agent in a ratio of 1:0.01-0.5 to obtain mixture, heating the mixture at 500-1000 degrees C for 10-300 minutes under a protective gas atmosphere, and cooling the mixture to room temperature to obtain a substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing boron-doped graphene nanobelt (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing the boron-doped graphene nanobelt with increased hole concentration, high yield, and reduced production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the boron-doped graphene nanobelt obtained by the method.
