NOVELTY - Inorganic composite polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane comprises 50-60 pts. wt. inorganic dispersion, 110-130 pts. wt. monomer, 3-5 pts. wt. aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline, 2-3 pts. wt. catalyst, and 5-7 pts. wt. 3% hydrogen peroxide. USE - As inorganic composite polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic composite polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane improves the mechanical properties of the finished polyphenylene ether. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an inorganic composite polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane comprising (a) taking 8-hydroxyquinoline and adding to 20-30 times of weight in absolute ethanol, and stirring evenly to obtain an alcohol dispersion, (b) taking the above alcohol dispersion, mixing with the inorganic dispersion, adding aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and stirring evenly to obtain a mixed solution, (c) taking the monomer, adding to the above mixed solution, stirring evenly, adding the catalyst, stirring evenly, and passing to the reactor, adjusting the temperature of the reactor to 46-50 degrees C, and dripping hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 3%, after the dripping is completed, performing heat preservation and stirring for 10-12 hours, discharging and cooling, suction filtering, washing the filter cake with water, and vacuum drying, (d) adding the dried material to dimethylformamide 20-30 times weight, ultrasonically trearing for 1-2 hours, passing to the oven, and drying at 90-95 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, cooling the discharged material to room temperature and to obtain the product; or comprising the inorganic dispersion liquid comprising 40-50 pts. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 10-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. pyromellitic dianhydride, 1-2 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, and 3-4 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, (i) taking ammonium persulfate, adding to 20-30 times weight in deionized water, and stirring evenly, (ii) taking pyromellitic dianhydride, adding to 30-40 times its weight in deionized water, and stirring evenly, (iii) taking graphene oxide and magnesium stearate and mixing, heating and stirring at 140-150 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and adding to the pyromellitic dianhydride aqueous dispersion, stirring to room temperature, passing to the reactor, pouring into nitrogen, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate, adjusting the temperature of the reactor to 70-75 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring for 3-5 hours, discharging and cooling to obtain the prodcut.
