NOVELTY - A cage cloth comprises 67-69 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 36-38 pts. wt. natural rubber, 23-25 pts. wt. methylcellulose, 16-18 pts. wt. medical stone powder, 11-13 pts. wt. gas phase white carbon black, 7-9 pts. wt. graphene, and 4-6 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose. USE - Cage cloth. ADVANTAGE - The cage cloth has excellent high-temperature resistance and high flexibility, and avoids the high temperature deformation and low temperature embrittlement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation method of cage cloth, which involves (1) adding ethylene-propylene-diene rubber to a reactor, slowly heating at 130-140 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 20-30 minutes, continuously heating at 245-255 degrees C, adding graphene, and stirring for 40-50 minutes to obtain denatured ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, (2) adding natural rubber to the reactor, heating at 170-190 degrees C, adding gas phase white carbon black, continuously heating at 220-230 degrees C, and uniformly stirring under vacuum condition to obtain denatured natural rubber, (3) mixing the denatured ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, denatured natural rubber and medical stone powder, heating at 160-170 degrees C, maintaining the temperature and stirring for 10-15 minutes, continuously heating at 207-218 degrees C, heat-preserving for 25-30 minutes, naturally cooling to 166-174 degrees C, adding methylcellulose and microcrystalline cellulose, stirring and maintaining the temperature for 30-40 minutes to obtain initial mixed material, (4) adding the initial mixed material to an extruder, repeatedly extruding at 130-140 degrees C 2-3 times, and directly heat pressing into a grid cage at 220-230 degrees C to obtain a extruded cage cloth, (5) quickly reducing the temperature of the extruded cage cloth to -30 to -40 degrees C, freezing for 10-12 hours, taking out, and gradually heating at 35-40 degrees C to obtain frozen cage cloth, and (6) packaging, sterilizing, and checking; and (2) use of cage cloth, which involves soaking cage cloth in water for 30-40 minutes, taking out, placing in boiling water for 15-20 minutes, directly steaming, baking and freezing.
