NOVELTY - A layered pore structure graphene is prepared by carrying out esterification reaction of oxidized graphite solution and intercalating agent, adjusting the pH value of the esterified graphene solution to 6-8, and drying to obtain esterified graphene powder, and heating the esterified graphene powder. USE - Layered pore structure graphene used in cutter (claimed) i.e. hard bone coating cutter, for metal cutting and forming in manufacturing industry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer of the layered hole structure is coated with stainless steel cutter substrate, which is good for improving the surface roughness. The graphene thermal conductivity good for avoiding the large heat generated in the inner accumulation when cutting, will not generate thermal stress to cause the problem of coating fall, in addition, and is good to improve the toughness of the cutter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a cutter, which comprises cutter substrate and graphene coating layer arranged on the surface of the cutter substrate. The raw material for preparing the graphene coating layer comprises layered pore structure graphene. The material of the cutter substrate is stainless steel. The cutter further comprises transition layer arranged on the surface of the graphene coating layer. The transition layer is a titanium copper transition layer. The cutter further comprises a graphene coating containing a bactericidal substance, which is arranged on the surface of the transition layer. The graphene coating containing bactericidal substance is wrinkled. The bactericidal substance contains silver. The content of the silver in the graphene coating containing bactericidal substance is ≯5 wt.%, preferably 1-5 wt.%. The graphene coating layer has thickness of ≯3 nm, preferably 1-3 nm, and/or the transition layer has thickness of ≯3 μm, preferably 1-3 μm, and/or the thickness of the graphene coating containing bactericidal substance is ≯5 nm, preferably 1-5 nm; and 2. preparation of cutter, which involves preparing graphene coating layer on the surface of cutter substrate, before the graphene coating layer is prepared, the method further involves pre-treating the cutter substrate, sequentially carrying out surface treatment on the cutter substrate using acidic solution and alkaline solution. The concentration of the acidic solution is ≯0.5 wt.%, preferably 0.2-0.5 wt.% of hydrogen fluoride acid. The alkaline solution is a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 0.2-0.5 wt.%. The time for each surface treatment is 1-3 minutes.
