▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene quantum dots comprises dissolving graphene oxide and boric acid in ultrapure water, adding ammonia water in ultrapure water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-30 minutes, transferring mixed solution in high-pressure kettle, heating for 4-20 hours at 175-180 degrees C, reacting, cooling to room temperature to obtain light yellow supernatant of boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene quantum dots and reduced graphene oxide lower sediment, filtering, recovering reduced graphene oxide, placing light yellow supernatant in dialysis bag, performing dialysis for 2-3 days, performing rotary evaporation concentration on dialysate to obtain high-concentration boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene quantum dots and drying. USE - The method is for synthesis of boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The method is environmental friendly and has simple process, mild reaction conditions and low synthesis cost.
