NOVELTY - A heat conductive sheet has a graphene laminated component comprising graphite, and an electroconductive material layer intercalated between the graphene of graphene laminated component. USE - Heat conductive sheet is used for semiconductor substrate material, electronic material and solar cell substrate material. ADVANTAGE - The heat conductive sheet has excellent electroconductivity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of heat conductive sheet, which involves swelling layered graphite, extending interlayer, obtaining expanded graphite, intercalating electroconductive material to interlayer of expanded graphite, and forming electroconductive material layer.
