NOVELTY - A graphene and chitosan-based biosensor comprises a working electrode, where the working electrode comprises active screen printing carbon electrode, and the surface of the detecting end of the active screen printing carbon electrode is sequentially connected with chitosan and grapheme, and active screen printed carbon electrode is obtained by scanning a screen printed carbon electrode under a potential. USE - Graphene and chitosan-based biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene and chitosan-based biosensor has large surface area, rapid electron transfer performance, flexible and better selectivity, and better effect of detecting 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine in simple and rapid manner.
