NOVELTY - The battery has a battery main body provided with a front electrode and a back electrode. The battery main body is formed with a reflecting layer, N-type silicon and P-type silicon. A semiconductor quantum point is pointed between a composite layer and the reflecting layer. The semiconductor quantum point is selected from zinc oxide, lead oxidation, tin oxide and chromium oxidation. A particle layer is formed with the composite layer. USE - Nano graphene electronic transmission layer based multi-quantum trap photovoltaic battery e.g. crystal silicon battery, dyesensitized battery and organic thin film battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has better quantum point collision ionization effect and electric separation transmission performance, and improves solar energy conversion efficiency.
