▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Photoactive modified graphene i.e. 10,15-bis(2-oxoethoxy)tetrabenzo(bc,ef,kl,no)coronene-1,2,5,7,13-pentacarbaldehyde compound (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful in preparing photopolymerizable composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I): has excellent dispersion in composite materials, which improves comprehensive performance of graphene in composite materials. The method: is simple, easy to operate, environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial production; utilizes simple and easily available raw materials; and has mild reaction condition and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Photoactive modified graphene i.e. 10,15-bis(2-oxoethoxy)tetrabenzo(bc,ef,kl,no)coronene-1,2,5,7,13-pentacarbaldehyde compound of formula (I) is new. R = 2-hydroxy-1,2-diphenylethanone moiety of formula (II); and R1 = H, OCH3, CH3 or F. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of (I); (2) use of photoactive modified graphene in photopolymerizable composite material, comprising 45-60 wt.% acrylic resin, 20-40 wt.% active diluent, 1-10 wt.% photoactive modified graphene and 0-10 wt.% filler; and (3) preparing photopolymerizable composite material, comprising stirring and mixing acrylic resin and reactive diluent uniformly, then adding photoactive modified graphene and filler in sequence under stirring conditions, grinding and dispersing uniformly at high speed in a high-speed disperser to obtain liquid composite, and coating the obtained liquid composite on substrate, removing solvent by baking, and then curing by high-pressure ultraviolet mercury lamp to obtain photopolymerizable composite material.
